In the process of responding to your submissions and working with you as a client, Alex Matthew Counselling collects identifying info such as your name, email address, and phone number. Any personal information that Alex Matthew Counselling receives is only used to schedule and facilitate counselling/therapy services. Your information is kept confidential, and is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Our confidentiality agreement aligns with the BCCSW’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice — the full agreement can be found on our client intake form, which is provided upon requesting services via our webform, email, or by calling our contact phone number.
